Some of the 2024 Broncos being delivered in the last couple months are almost as rusty because they were driven in the salt right off of the assembly line. Living way South of any salted roads, I’m not happy with the salt crystals that were all under mine and the resulting rust mine already has from being driven in Michigan. I’ll just live with it though.
had the same issue with my 2024. Built in Jan and I can see the crystals on it From someone driving it at the factory. Not very much rust but still annoying to see it.

Yep- road salt and not the best painting of components at the factory.

Reason 4,556.689 to stay south of the Mason Dixon line at all cost, all the time.

Out west is good too.

Montana for example does not use salt.
