Email from Ford - should I be concerned?

I lost my roof racks on the conversion... But looking back it was a blessing. We like to take the top off ours and taking those racks on and off would have just been too much. The SAS and the LUX though... That would not be cool.
I also had to ask my dealer to add the sound deadening headliner for some reason that wasnt automatically included. I also made sure I added it to my 23 build so maybe it was an oversight by my dealer but ironically the person that did my 1st build back in 21 also forgot to add the headliner. The guy who did my 23 build this time is in the top of the food chain, so when I deal with Ford I double check everything then check again.

Just got an email from Ford saying my ā€˜23 Order is confirmed. This is my 3 order since I my original order was 7/21, then converted to a 22 last November and now converted to a 23 this week. In the order summary email from Ford, it does not list the SAS pkg or the LUX pkg…and the pic of the Bronco does not show the SAS. While I know this is just a summary and representation, these packages previously showed up in Fords order summary emails. My dealer says the 23 is ordered as I spec’d it and I have a printed preview order order summary sheet from my dealer showing all the right packages and options. After waiting this long, I don’t want the wrong Bronco to show up so I’m just trying to make sure. Should I be concerned that the email from Ford isn’t showing what I’ve spec’d in my order with the dealer? Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.
It's a glitch in Ford's system. Call your salesperson

You take off the rack and store it until needed. Then you can remove the top whenever. I have the rack hanging in my garage.
Well we never got them... when they Converted our order to 2022 the roof racks never made it. just as well. We would have done the same thing as you but whatever.

So just to make sure you understand the process...all MY22 orders that were not fulfilled were automatically converted to MY23 orders in the system. However, they were ALL put in 99 (Do Not Build) status until two things were completed.

1.) The dealer would need to have you review and sign your order summary.
2.) The dealer would need to completed the COVP process, which is essentially just photocopying your drivers license to prove that you are a real, legitimate order, and not just a fake person the dealership has made up to build up inventory on their lot.

Once those two things are completed, the dealer would then move it out of 99 status.

As mentioned, there is a glitch that is deleting the Sasquatch package.

Have you already been to your dealership and completed the two steps above? If so, all you should need to do is ask your dealer to add Sasquatch back on and change the status to something between 10 and 19. All numbers in that range are treated equally.

All 99 orders that are not rolled over by a certain date in November (can't remember the exact date) will be deleted completely.

I signed this sheet at the bottom with all my info (Name, address, email, etc. This is the revised version they gave me after I initially pointed out that the order didn’t have the SAS package so they redid it and I resigned. Note that it does list it as a priority 99. I don’t know what this form is called but this is what the dealer sent me as evidence when I pointed out that my email from ford didn’t list the SAS or LUX in the order summary. Thanks for all your help in getting this sorted out for me.

My order shows SAS and matches perfectly with what I ordered including the color.
My order was missing aux switches, but dealer had put the Sasquatch pkg & Mod bumpers on my order before I went in to sign. And while he made a mistake and missed the switches, he was looking for the other two items knowing the Sasquatch was being left off and fixed those before I came in.

Sounds like your dealer fixed your order before you went in, and mine tried to but missed the switches. While other's dealers are not being proactive in doing the work to fix, or at least try to fix orders before their customers come in.

My dealer had almost 200 orders that he converted before buyers came in, I'm sure there are dealers that just wait until you come in and then go over things and fix it then... If you catch it!

Ya, have them send you another with Priority 10-19. If they intentionally left it 99, it screwed you over in the recent scheduling process... but at least your dealer will get those sweet ADM enabled dealer stock orders.

I also got the email that my order for 23 was confirmed and it also showed that my sasquatch package was dropped.

I contacted my dealer a few hours later and told him about it and asked for my DORA. He sent it to me and literally 1 min later my backdoor tracker on the ford site shows the sasquatch added back on.

I'm pretty sure he noticed the error and updated the order...
