I found the cowl lights I installed did not allow me to use my antenna. Not even room for a stubby.
So this left the reception inadequate at all times, sometimes horrible.
Sound quality was not great due to static sound.
So I bought a set of the Mountains to Metal dual pod light brackets.
I Was impressed with the fit of their door pockets, so figured I’d give it a shot. Plus I liked the design and logo branding added a cool, subtle touch.
I also am going to add the Midland stubby GMRS antenna, so a couple of reasons to invest in a set here.
for those wanting to have 4 cowl lights, looks like it should be plenty of space.
overall 10/10, holes line up perfectly, lower profile, powder coating is even and looks good.
