22 Outer Banks 2 door that has already been at dealer for driver window rolls right back down after it goes to the top using auto up feature. Also window is not dropping out of seal when door is opened.
I already had this issue a month or so ago and took to dealer - they did software updates and reset the window software.
It worked normal for a while and now back to original issue.
Anyone else experiencing this issue and have a clue why this is reoccurring.

Did you try to do a window reset yourself? I just had the same issue with rear passenger window and the reset fixed it. It took about 6-8 tries but eventually worked.

My driver side was doing this when it was cold/iced up, went back to normal once it warmed up a bit. Until then I had to roll the window up and stop 1/2" from the top just so I could close the door.

When I put my new passenger door on it also did it but I just had to do a reset.

I have to reset them from time to time. This always works. I’m almost 4 years in on owning mine, and this has happened maybe 3 times.

I had same issue with both rear windows. Took to the dealership they replaced both window motors. they said it was a short in the motors. Not sure I am 100 percent convinced, but windows are working properly now.

Thank you for the info - Taking to the dealer this Friday (again) - hoping for more than just a software reset.
