Had a concerning mishap occur when I was pulling out of work yesterday.
A bit of a clunk on the transmission when shifting into 2nd and I made a mental note. The more concerning issue came after exiting our garage, and shifting into sport mode. I pulled into a main thoroughfare and stopped with traffic. I inched forward just after that stop and got two alerts quickly flashing and a large thud - louder than the initial one I noticed. Couldn’t see both alerts as they quickly flashed and I was in traffic, but “drive mode not available” flashed across the speedometer screen. I luckily was able to shift into park and back to drive and it cleared.
I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this or heard any bulletins. I haven’t called my dealer yet to check.
I do have the 2.7 with an automatic - 2door 2022
