I guess you don’t carry a shovel???

As I said, I was under the belief that I was 'Invincible' and didn't need silly 'recovery gear'. I'll admit in my youthful exuberance, I was also showing off a little. I have the years of experience to prevent me from being this foolish now.

A shovel would have ended up being little use as this was pretty much frozen solid. A pick-axe and/or several days of non-freezing weather may have helped me out, but I wasn't leaving the Jeep in Shopping Center parking lot.

Leave jeep owners alone. This stuff is childish. Jeep owners are helpful and knowledgeable out on the trail.

They drew First Blood! Pulled up to a gas pump this weekend and I had a Heap owner in front of me, big smile on his face as he was shoveling gas into his rig. "Hey man, is that one of those $100K Raptors? You actually paid that much for that thing?"

I said, "Nope..., I'm a retired federal employee with a stupid-huge pension... your taxes paid for it!"

His smile quickly disappeared and he was lost in thought....Boom! No more stink eye. LOL

Like mine as well. Still have a 06 TJ. My former 2019 Wrangler MOAB was great, but did start having wobble issues. (yep, and it was stock).

Regardless, love our Raptor.
