Does Procal ever need to be reinstalled / updated / refreshed?

Hey everyone! Quick question, is it ever necessary to reapply to procal tune? Maybe updates change some parameters?

I'm noticing an annoying lag when pressing the gas pedal that I thought was gone after installing. Wanted to ask here before I attempt to reapply.

Some dealer updates can reset it to no tune. I’ve not heard of any OTA updates doing so

If the auto start stop button still remembers the last setting, then there’s no reason to reload the tune. It’s still there and nothing has changed.

Prior to 2024, procal would remember that buttons setting between starts. So if you wanted it off, it would stay off
