Do not buy From Extreme Terrain!
I ordered a Cover for my Bronco on May 10th. Never received it, so I chatted in 2 weeks later. I was told the order was lost in shipping. OK, fine. Set up with a rep for a replacement. 1 1/2 weeks later, still no cover. Called in this time and was told my order was cancelled. I received no refund or received any emails regarding the cancellation. He then told me it would require a 3 day investigation and would receive an email on Monday. Well monday is here and no email. Chatted in again just now and was told it would take another 3 day investigation and I should receive an email this upcoming wednesday. Told them to cancel the order and refund me and then was told it would take 7 to 10 days to cancel my order and refund me. Unacceptable business practices from this company. 30 days with no product (which was supposed to be 2 to 3 days shipping).
