Does anybody know if you can disable the software algorithms that help you drive using the different GOAT modes? I would like to be able to drive the vehicle myself without any help from the software.

I’m assuming you keep it in normal mode and select when you need the various functions like lockers, sway bar disconnect, 4hi or low. Hoping this is the case.

I do not want to sound like a smart ass but just do not use them, just keep it in "normal mode"

Main thing I want to disable is if I hop out, key in pocket with the engine running I don’t want the horn to honk.

On my Raptor you press and hold the traction control/stability control button for 5 seconds. That will shut it down as far as Ford will allow. That will give you about 80% of what you are looking for. The only way to have 100% no nannies is to pull the ABS fuse.
If there was a market for it, I'm sure someone could jailbreak the goat modes. If I get the manual I'm really only interested being able to adjust the throttle sensitivity (basically between eco and sport/aggressive).
All the pre-sets of 4x4 selection, lockers and disconnect etc... is whatever to me. There is a button for each thing already, I don't need to set it to baja and then switch it to 2H, or what ever....
On the automatic a "launch mode" like the VW R32 had would be really cool. It's just software so I'm sure it could be done.

Forscan. Hopefully police mode will be already activated so you can’t drive it without the key in the car. If not forscan. Sync 4 will be out in the f150 long enough by the time we get them that most things like that will be cracked/figured out.

And research shows it requires a computer, OBDII cable, and forescan. Little more complicated than disabling a seatbelt reminder. Strike that. More expensive than key on, key off, seatbelt connected, rub your head counter clockwise and your belly clockwise in order to back under a trailer without the truck dinging it’s ass off at ya.
If you are asking about the lane keeping, assisted braking and driver alert systems, those can easily be turned off via menu settings.
