Haven't seen much chatter in this section so I was initially hesitant to order but my Dirty Dog 4x4 headliner arrived today. Showed up exactly 1 week after placing the order. Looking forward to getting this installed and seeing how much it quiets down the soft top.

Thanks for getting my order shipped out to me so quickly @Dirtydog!

I've had one for 2 winters now. They help reduce noise significantly and also keep the heat in a bit more in the winter months! Highly recommended product!!

I got one 2 weeks ago, and I still can’t believe what a huge difference it made! The crosswind inside my Bronco is gone. If it was this quiet (and warm) stock, no rational person would complain considering that we drive a brick with a canvas top.
I also added weatherstripping in the door jams (found here on another thread).

Just got back from the first drive with the headliner installed. While on the road my wife commented about how quiet the truck was. The loudest non-stereo-related sound in the cab is now road noise from the tires. It's a noticeable difference.

I installed mine in January and was pleased with the results. They market it more for temperature insulation rather than sound insulation, but there was a noticeable difference in sound level with it on. It also improves the look of the top inside. One caution though: the plastic brackets mounted in the front sides are especially weak. I was pulling the straps tight and the plastic snapped apart. DirtyDog4x4 was quick to send replacements. For the price, I can definitely recommend it.

I'll be selling mine because I just bought a hardtop. I'll probably throw it in to sweeten the deal when I sell my soft top.

Only downside I noticed is the loss of headroom in the rear seats. Front seats are fine, but I'm 6' with a long torso so my head now hits the headliner and tension clip if I sit in the back. My kids are young so it's not a problem, but just something to consider if you're transporting adults often.

I don't like the look, or the straps looks like a DYI any other options out there?

It's far from DIY, especially once you've seen/felt it in person. It's a thick, insulated piece with some custom mounts that bolt up to existing anchor points on the truck.

Only other option I've seen is to run a sunshade bikini top with egg crate foam between it and the soft top.

I didn't realize it was a soft top. I thought it was a hard top

I have a hard top coming, but I always wondered...do you need to take the DD off to pull the soft top back?
