DFW recommend dealership for service

Hi DFW members,

which dealer and service advisor do you recommend for service, I am in murphy and interested to buy and have dealer to install the Pro Cal just announced for the bronco raptor. I don't have any experience with any of the dealer around here. Thanks in advance.

I trade in fords every other year and so far my best purchasing and service experience has been with southwest ford. They’re extremely professional. No particular advisor is recommended but I’ve dealt with bunch of them and have had a pleasant experience with all of them. I live in Fort Worth so I know dealers on my side of town mostly so know it’s a little out of the way from Murphy but something to keep an eye on if you ever decide to take a trip.

The runner up for me would be Autonation ford of Arlington. Jamie is one of the friendliest advisors I’ve dealt with he’s highly recommended

I bought my bronco from Sam Packs Five Star Ford in Carrollton, and they’ve been around for a long time. The salesman was David Baldovin and he was extremely helpful and informative throughout the orders and delivery process. He did not pressure me into extra options, and not at all pushy. If I ever needed another vehicle I would not hesitate to go see David again.
As for service, I’ve only gotten my vehicle serviced there once so far for basic oil change and tire rotation and they did a fine job.

I've used North Central Ford in Richardson for my recalls, purchase of my Bronco, and initial oil change. Not sure about the Pro Cal install. I have been happy with them and they treated me WAY better than Bob Tomes in Mckinney for my new vehicle purchase.

I would trust them if you ask a question about their experience with this install...

Good to hear. My purchase experience thus far at Bob Tomes has been... less than exceptional. I'm sticking with my order as long as they stick to the price. Getting the "Value Adds" off was struggle enough - I don't like tint, I'm going to let that "nitrogen" out of the tires on the first trail, and the GPS tracker is for the dealer, not for me. No offense to Ameen, but if you have the exact same level of experience I do ordering a new car (none), what are you here for?
I haven't interacted with their service department yet, but I don't know if I care to.

Had the same experience with the "value add ons" at Bob Tomes. Rather than argue I quickly found the exit during the peak of COVID empty dealer lot times while I tried to order in 2020...
