Downloaded. Now I just need a build date .
This is sheer laziness but it would be super cool if each issue had a hyper link to examples/pics.. Some of the things I recognized from my trolling, others I did not.

Obviously going to do some searching to familiarize myself with the various QC issues once I get a build date so I know what to look for. Perhaps as I do, I will update with hyperlinks on the issues and send to you for review.

The items in this list, all reported by Bronco6g members, are mainly Quality & Manf issues that can be seen during your acceptance. Members have been providing this list to their Dealers to use during PDI, with favorable results.

Engine Performance/Failure, Airbag Recall, Ordering, Dealer Allotment issues or complaints are not on this list.

Other than this list. NOT Including an extended warranty. DO you all think there is anything else that the Finance Guy tries to sell you is worth purchasing? I am so leary of that guy and all the BS he/she normally tries to get you to purchase?

Have they corrected the dipstick issue on the 2.7's?? If its a six quart dip stick then should it read a quart over full to have seven quarts?

Last I heard Ford is removing ALL the stamped markings on the dipstick....so that owners will have less to worry about

I'm going in tomorrow to examine and hopefully take delivery of the elusive 2 Door Bad Lands in the now extinct rapid red color.
I sent the check list to the dealer tonight to forewarn them of what's coming.

#2 (sorry to hijack the thread,)perhaps you and I crossed paths many moons ago in Everett. My First Job out of college was a tooling engineer for the 67 wing join team in 1997. there were only a few thousand people up there spread over three shifts . I'm sure you'd remember me ....

Congrats on your new 4-wheeled delivery! I am envious! I just got bumped yesterday from 12/20 to 1/3.

So happy you are using the OCD...let us know how the dealer reacted to it, how many Reward Points you received, and what issues, if any, you found.
