My dealer seems really uninformed about the Bronco production. Does everyone else have this same issue. They don't seem to get any information from Ford. I have a Preview Order number just over 2000 (priority code 11). I would think I would have heard something by now. I pulled the tow package recently as I saw some posts concerning that package delaying production.

Your Preview order number is set to you, not where you are in line. Priority 10 is the best a dealer can set you at, and a Zone rep can move it to Priority 2. Pulling the tow package is good, what else is on your order

Ditto for my dealer. I have a golden ticket Raptor and all I know is the order number

Just my subjective observation.

Pretty much there are two expectations that are reasonable to have for your dealer.

1. Put in the correct order not code 99.

2. Charge MSRP. (Or whatever was agreed to.)

Anything more than that and you are setting yourself up for disappointment.

I understand many dealers, especially some on here, go above and beyond. And I would say the problems are mostly on the Ford side. But after going through the process I believe this is all you should depend on the dealers for.

I mean, I wouldn't give any timeline to a customer when there is a chance Ford can just hold cars off the line for a few months without warning.

You will get far more information here than you will from 95% of the dealers out there... The dealers up in here are very forthright and know their stuff. There are also Ford insiders who share anonymously, especially since the Stig got burned...

It's a loaded Wildcat; has every option including the new HOSS package which I was able to upgrade to since I didn't have a build date yet

I have seen this concern on this site countless times. The fact is the dealer can simply log on to their Ford- dealer web site and look up your order. They can tell you if it is still just an order, or if it is previewing, or scheduled. They can provide the VIN when one is assigned. They can even provide initial build schedule dates. I know this because that is exactly what the dealership rep did for me. Signed in to the site and looked up on their order page what my current order status was. If they tell you they have no info concerning your order, then they are a lousy sales rep or flat out lying. BTW, by no means am I some fat cat customer with this dealer. I have bought a vehicle from them four years ago, but by no means am I considered some special customer.

Nice build! Sadly, you have the exact order that is just an entire constraint. Nothing to really remove either, unless you do not care for the power leather seats, but not sure if that is much of a constraint to take off.

I think you're just in the a wait, sorry 😟
