Dallas area deliveries experience?

What is your experience with delivery here in the Dallas area?

I approached my dealer stating my rig was built and he agreed it was. He then proceeded to tell me it is a "crap shoot" whenever it will be delivered to the rail yard (Mesquite) then then trucked over to the lot (North Central Ford, Richardson). He also claimed he has been waiting on his wife's rig and others on F150s. He quoted 4+ weeks.

I ask because my brother in law received his built in Fayetteville, AR 2 weeks from his scheduled build date (Built 9/12 received 9/26)

I had/have my hopes all kind of high!

I have fall break (teacher) next week and I'd love to play around with it during that time.

Well it has shipped from Michigan as of 10/4!!

hopefully the convoy workforce is strong in Dallas once it arrives!
I already have wheels at the house I’m itching to slap on that bad boy.

You can ask the ford chat for your rail car info to track but don’t get too discouraged if the tracking isn’t working when you call it in or if it doesn’t show any movement. It just doesn’t always work for some reason. Search rail tracking in the forums for the how-to

Three Broncos delivered to two different dealers here in Houston. Three weeks each, pretty consistent but one never knows.

Not a Bronco delivery, but I got my 2022 Expedition 1 week after I was told it was completed. They are built in Kentucky and I'm in Michigan.

I have used NCF since 1980, always been treated good by them. They repainted my '89 Bronco with over 80,000 miles on it at no charge when Ford had the paint issue in the late 80's.

I have seen them sit in the railyard (Alliance or Mesquite) anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks. Although the average time in the railyard seems to be about 4 days. Average time from receiving the shipped email to delivered to dealership is about 20 days.

I have used NCF since 1980, always been treated good by them. They repainted my '89 Bronco with over 80,000 miles on it at no charge when Ford had the paint issue in the late 80's.

Awesome, to be clear I'm having no issues with them (other than my salesman quitting). Just curious of current conditions here in the metro. They have been great so far, even my new point of contact.

We went with them on the order due to Rockwall charging the ADM early in the ordering process.

Well we have arrived at Alliance as of Oct 16, fingers crossed she gets trucked across town soon.
