If I had to chose between a truck OR a Bronco, the truck would win easily. Not sure how people get by without a truck. I'm getting a Bronco, but I'm sure as heck not getting rid of my truck.
I have a luxury sedan as my other car and i love having a car I just can't justify keeping 3 vehicles. Even my wife said just keep the truck. But can't do it.

I am with you. I have been driving Raptors since they were born . . . am on my 4th (2017 with every option) and I do love it. I utilize the bed - mostly for family travel with a truck cap on - and tow a 6500 pound boat/trailer all summer . . . I am considering a base-squatch and keeping the truck . . . but it is hard to justify two 4x4's (and the thought of it makes the wife crazy!) . . . or stick with my reservation (Wildtrak 4 door) and sacrifice the Raptor . . . adding a roof rack afterwards and utilizing my trailer-hitch bike rack . . . it will probably be an 11th hour decision - but I definitely sympathize with your dilemma. Good luck with your decision!!

If I dared to scratch just one pony emblem on this thing by hauling firewood or rock the boss would make sure I slept with one eye open

Just bought a new Sierra Denali , the wife got pissed that I threw some bales of straw in the bed... i can’t imagine what will happen when I toss a dead deer in the back of the Bronco

Ok so I am in love with the Bronco reserved mine early done B&P a million times over.
But some reason deep down in my gut I am nervous about giving up my truck for a SUV. I use my truck bed all the time not for work but constantly for projects.
I have found an awesome folding trailer that might work as a alternative but just still start to waver.
Is there any other truck owners out there feeling the same way?

BTW. I have been looking at gladiators ? ... I just want the just experience of taught the roof and doors off.

Hi there,

First time posting on this forum, but have been reading along silently for a couple of months. I am in a similar situation. I've been driving pick up's for the last 17+ years and the simple utility of having that open back to drop whatever in there is great. But, I am getting a bit older, and don't do the types of projects that I used to. I don't transport my motorcycle in the back any more either. So, although I have not placed a reservation for an order yet (I'm planning on a MY22') I'm almost positive I'll be buying either a OBX or possible a BB.

If I ever need to carry anything that is larger than what a 4 door Bronco can fit, I'll either rent another vehicle or trailer or a hitch mounted tray.

I buy a new truck every 3 years for mu business. I've had 8 different F 150's, 1 Silverado, 1 Tacoma and now my Ranger. No way I could live without one so I decided to just go Base SAS instead of my original BL. I did the enclosed trailer thing for a few years and it's a PITA. Especially when you need to make several stops after work and you're towing this along with you.

Got rid of my 02 F-150 after college for a more gas conscious vehicle. I will say I miss my truck everyday. That said for me though the Bronco will be a huge boost of space from my current sedan. I am also 6'6 and driving trucks has only ever been my real option. Utility of a truck is something that can't be replaced. I keep going back and forth with the Bronco and a F-150 daily, but I think I am to invested to miss out on the Bronco. Way I see it is I'll be getting a 4 door and I'll fold the seats if I need a bed.

If I get a bronco I will have to either keep my 2005 f150 or get a trailer. It’s kind of aggravating to me to have two vehicles or a trailer to keep up with.

I run a 2017 F250 FX4 with the diesel, love this truck, giving it up for a Bronco, going to buy a small utility trailer to haul shit from Lowes.

I have a reservation for a Rivian R1T Launch Edition as well. Right now the Rivian is likely to take precedence, but it finances continue to progress well hopefully I can justify both of them.

I'm keeping my truck, I use the bed all the time. I did look at a gladiator, but the 5' bed is useless for my purposes.
