Cross traffic alert on BD medium package sporadic.

My little signal in my side view mirror (drivers side) has failed to go off on occasion. Sometimes it works fine, and sometimes nada. I was pulling out of a parking space this am, started into a lane and almost hit a vehicle. Fortunately I did look just in time. The alert wasn’t working a few days ago. I called the dealer that told me there was no warning on the bronco app. He told me to bring it in. Then it starts to work again, I cancelled my appointment and bingo, not working again. Has anyone had this happen? I have the 360 system, but not the front sensors. Again dealer claims that if there is a problem with the sensors I would be seeing a warning light on the dash. I’m not.

Yeah I had mine go out as well, when it goes, its a $1800 dollar sensor, needless to say, I told them to pound sand.

Did yours cause a warning light?

Mine was sporadic for a short time, then just totally went out. I might recommend turning it off in settings while its working, cause once the sensor goes out, it wont let you turn it off. But, then you lose both sides, your call.
