Just for you!! This is an earlier one with a slightly different design and loses about 3/8" of tire clearance. So if you clear your factory one by a decent bit, you can run these (y)

They were gone on my 23 OBX with SAS. It will fill salt and snow here in Michigan. I like the covers

Is the purpose of these just to cover the ends of the crash bars? Is there an issue or a potential problem if you don't cover the ends?

We are new here to this forum but hope to be posting much more soon.

We have released our crash bar delete covers for those interested. For anyone who has removed their OEM crash bars to clear a larger tire, these cover the unsightly holes in the frame from doing so. Helps keep dirt and debris out of them and simply cleans up that area to look OEM-like.

Can clear up to a 37" tire. These hug tightly to the frame and we eek'd out every bit of tire clearance we could. Hardware can be added separately. If you removed your OEM crash bars and still have your hardware, simply re-use it. If you do not have it, then you'll need to add it. If you have a package that came from the factory with the crash bars removed (ie. Sasquatch) then you will need to add the hardware as well. Many more suspension related products on the way!!

Im curious as to why there are crash bars if Sasquatch & Raptor Packages eliminate them, and they can be removed at will. What function do they perform, or is it simple . . . They block the tire in a crash (" crash bar")? I would think that if they perform a tire-blocking role in a crash, that the bigger & heavier the tire, the more important their presence is.

i think its just for a more finishjed look. Might actually be better to let whatever gets in there just fall out or blast it out with a pressure washer

Officially they're called crash bar extensions there is still a crash bar there. If there was an issue with them not being there the government would step in. The Bronco passed all required crash testing and did quite well.

Well this isn't an air/water tight product even without the logo lol. But since we make these in house, sure, we can make a set for you with no logo no problem. We just know when you go to an event and someone sees something they like, it would be a shame to not know where to go to find that product. With it being black, it's not that noticeable but just enough to answer that question. But sure, send us an email and we'll be happy to send you a solid one. We actually have a couple on the shelf from when we were prototyping (y)
Could you do it for my order as well? No logo?

Correct! When the extensions are removed or not installed from the factory it just leaves an unfinished look. These simply finish off the look and not draw attention that something is “missing”
