Mine has that problem real bad. It happened when I installed some ditch lights. Mind you, I used plastic prying tools and I didn’t use a lot of force. Took it to the dealership and the service advisor said the plastic was warped and that I need a new cowl. Probably happened when I installed the lights because it never had a gap. So yea, I’m assuming they’ve been seeing that lately…
Picture? If its the passenger side, take the antenna off, loosen the top screw, reseat the back side by pushing toward windshield and down until it seats properly. Then push down on the front side until it seats. Resign ten top screw, reinstall antenna.

Anyone have this issue? Looks to be on the passenger side only. I have seen it on other Broncos, but not all.

Dealer has been no help so far.
I have the exact same issue on mine. Doesn't stick up quite that high but definitely far from flush.
