Corsa Exhaust Modification

Hello,

I installed a Corsa single exit exhaust, an S and B intake in the Ford racing tune. These modifications have transformed my bronco. My 0 to 60 went from around 6.3 to 6.5 seconds to around 5.3 seconds.

With that, the course of exhaust is a little raspy up top and a little louder than I prefer. I absolutely love the startup sound as it’s one of the few exhaust on the 2.7 that have a nice deep throating sound versus sounding like a race rocket.

I’m thinking about adding a short resonator before the muffler as there is a little bit of room. Has anyone done this before?

Thanks!! This was helpful and made me pull the trigger today. It helped a bunch! Very happy with the exhaust now.

The place I went got it done, just not as good of welds as your person.
