Newbie here, we just picked up our 2023 Badlands, with Sync 4. I downloaded Ford Pass, connected my phone, and can lock, start, and see all the vitals of the Bronco on my phone. In my car, I tap connections but I can't find the Ford tile. Instead I have a locked Telematics for my first option that I cannot unlock, so my modem isn't connecting. It says it is A Fleet control vehicle and only the owner can unlock it. I called Ford, they had me reset my Ford Pass twice it didn't work. The system cannot find any of the apps on my phone. I even used the hot spot from my phone to connect the Bronco to WIFI which didn't help. In the mean time, I have connected Android Auto. The system also says it can't find any apps on my phone. I am at a loss here.
My first question is there a different app besides Android Auto that I can use?
My second question is there any way I can unlock Telematics? Every video I have watched doesn't even show it.
I would appreciate any help on this matter, thank you for your time.
