Took delivery of my '23 in December of that year and services/connection worked fine. Last summer I experienced intermittent dropping of the connection, and the dealer had me go through the hard reset at the battery terminal, etc. At some point I would be able to connect, but it seldom lasted more than half a day.

In June, the connection finally stopped working completely. Local dealer Tech (Stamford Ford in CT) went through every connection, none of which 'felt' loose or gave an indication of a slot or latch being half-engaged etc. Pulled them all apart completely and re-connected. Once he was done, they connected to the truck with multiple phones, drove it around for almost a week, and it is performing flawlessly now.

Thought I would add this incident to the institutional memory. Cheers.

It's amazing how many times just a Reboot clears things up. And when it doesn't - unplug and plug it back in has a good track record as well. Good troubleshooting advice.
