Took delivery of my '23 in December of that year and services/connection worked fine. Last summer I experienced intermittent dropping of the connection, and the dealer had me go through the hard reset at the battery terminal, etc. At some point I would be able to connect, but it seldom lasted...

Ford Marketing indicates no longer on chip hold. Status = “Released to Carrier”. Estimated delivery….wait for it…… “D-E-L-A-Y”. Small wins.

Big Bend, 4D, V6, Auto, Mid, HT,Tow. MY22 order 12/21. MY23 built 4/18/23 Dealer indicates it’s waiting for a microchip. No doubt it will show up just as I get to Europe for vacation next month.

My 4/18 "Built" email was received on 4/20. No updates since then. Dealer has been pretty good about telling me what they 'think' vs. what we 'know' and they were supposed to give me some intel this week.
