Cold air by center console

Does anyone else's Bronco leak cold air in between the drivers seat and center console? Even with heated seats on the left and right sides are freezing, mind you it is in the negatives here in MN.

Yes i have noticed the same thing here in Montana, especially at negative Jesus temperatures. When that cold, my back seat passengers tell me that their feet are freezing and the floor heat vents are not blowing any heat When turned on.

Same here no one wants to ride in the back when it's that cold out.
