Code Orange vs Area 51 on Bronco Raptor?

After spending a few hours last Sunday morning looking on dealership lots for the different colors, I have narrowed it down to 2 colors = Area 51 and code orange. I saw these 2 colors on various Ford vehicles, but not a bronco raptor. I have looked at alot of videos and pictures and I am stuck.

Has anybody actually seen each color in person on a bronco raptor specifically and can you tell me what you thought, for example does the Area 51 look very faded and different in the shade and does Code orange look red in the shade ?

I am leaning that way and I have a code orange raptor and I love the color, just not sure if it fits the bronco quite as good as Area 51.

That's a whole other issue. You're gonna need some sunglasses on just to walk into your garage.

This is all so subjective. What looks good to me may not look good to you. With that said, in my opinion, the two colors that fit the Bronco Raptor‘s personality the most are Code Orange (over the top in a great way) and Shadow Black (aggressive).

Whatever you do, don’t overthink it, you’ll never decide.

You are 100 percent correct. I am overthinking it because I ordered it and I have to much time to decide. I almost wish ford only gave you 3 color options for the bronco raptor.

I’ve seen black, orange (not red at all) and white in person and they all looked great. Don’t sweat it.

I agree with you, the bronco raptor looks good in black and white. The problem I have with black is I detail my own cars and I currently have a GT 350 R in black I have sworn I would never own another black vehicle.

I agree. I really spent alot of time looking at all the colors this week. I actually went to 2 ford dealerships to look at trucks on their lots with similar colors and at the end of the day I went with code orange. I currently have a F 150 raptor in code orange and I love the color, but I wasn't sure about code orange on the bronco raptor. And I don't think code orange would work on a non raptor F 150, although it works great on the F 150 raptor, bronco raptor, and the mustang.

For me the best bronco raptor colors are :

1) code orange
2)hot pepper
3)Area 51
4)azure gray
5)black
6) white
7)cactus gray
8) iconic silver
9) gray.

They are all GREAT colors and if I was buying used I would be happy if any one of them.

My wife likes the code orange but only on the raptor. I actually think the A51 looks great on the raptor. I really don’t think you can go wrong unless there is a color you just don’t like. For myself that’s the race red I just can’t warm up to a bright red vehicle at all. But that’s why we have options.

Have any Bronco owners or people that are thinking about buy a bronco been on the F 150 raptor build site for 2023 lately ? I just checked it out to check out the colors and the first thing I noticed was the F 150 raptors in my opinion have much better color choices and second the Code orange on the F 150 raptor is a Code Orange Metallic and the code orange on the bronco raptor is a non metallic code orange. When I saw the bronco raptor in person last week I knew there was something different than the code orange on my F 150 Raptor. I hate to say this but I may be changing again tomorrow.

F 150 Raptor = Code Orange metallic

Bronco Raptor = Code orange flat.
