Does anyone have any pictures of their Carbonized Gray with any contrasting accent colors (on the D-Rings,Trail Sights, etc) or graphics (pin stripes, hockey sticks, hood covers, ,etc) on it? I’ve seen lots of pictures of other colors (Oxford, A51, A51 part deux) that might be able to do more with than the dark gray color that is CB. I’m hoping to get mine in a few months (still stuck in built status) and would love to see what others have done to. I’m personally thinking white, red, yellow, would looks good against the gray, but there’s also black as a fall back.

Oh very nice! Did you color in the "California" on the license plate, that's funny! How did you do your beauty rings and recovery points (plasti-dip, rattle can, etc)? Any thoughts about coloring the "Bronco" on the glovebox, maybe the "R" to match the grille? Did you take off the bumper to paint behind the D-tings? I saw one similar to yours but with bright lime green, and that was way too loud for me, but I like what you did - not too overwhelming but still has some great contrast.

I originally tried to buy the Blue Oval factory sold red front tow hooks three times directly from the factory and they arrived each time with paint chip damage in shipment from poor packaging, and figured I could just have my own painted. Had the mod bumper removed and spray painted. The rear row hooks were also from Blue Oval and luckily no chips and easy to install, you just need two M12 x 40mm screw for the right hooks (part#W712507S439)
Beadlock “Beauty“ Rings were also factory ordered and direct replacement for my previous black ones since the price to have someone paint them was the same as just buying them in Red and I also sold my black rings for $400 which made up for most of the cost.
I haven’t thought about the dashboard “R” in red but would consider doing that now

That's too bad they kept screwing up your packaging, glad you got it squared away. I was thinking of painting my brake calipers to match as well. I think there were a few posts on here with some folks doing that. I am thinking it needs to be special paint to handle the heat and would need to be sure they are squeaky clean before painting.

Did you prime and paint, or use any special paint?

Did you prime and paint, or use any special paint?

the painted brake calipers would look great! I did sand, prime and spray paint.
