  1. Any Recommendations for a Tire Patch Kit?

Interesting, so how does it work, you push the mushroom head first into the hole and it seals it up?
  2. Any Recommendations for a Tire Patch Kit?

Oh wow, yeah the sidewall tear is usually a death sentence. I had no idea this existed. It looks like you have to wait an hour for it to cure, which makes sense given that we're applying it to the side of the tire, but that is sure safe insurance to have. Maybe a good idea to carry this and...
  3. DIY Garage Storage Rack for 4-door hardtop?

I had earlier used a pulley system that was designed to stow away rooftop pods, and while it worked decent, I was always a little worried that it would come crashing down on me. Just last week, I picked this up from Amazon for $200 and it fits the 2 front and large middle pieces on top and I...
  4. Any Recommendations for a Tire Patch Kit?

Funny you post this.... I was out on the trails this past weekend and foolishly decided not to air down (its a smooth trail, what could go wrong), and I got not one but two mean punctures in my rear two tires tires. We patched one on the way up the hill, took all but 5 minutes vs. changing...
  5. Is there anything to cover this up?

Hey there, sue thing. I need to find my pattern, because my top is currently on, so that I can make them. I am pretty sure they are in my garage some place :) Let me check and see what I can do.
  6. Is there anything to cover this up?

Ah yeah, here's the link to get them... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BGC7NMS7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  7. Is there anything to cover this up?

I just got some sheets of ABS from amazon and then traced the outline with paper to create a stencil and then cut it out on my small bandsaw. I am looking to make some more, once I take off the top so that I can make another template. I've had a few folks interested in them.
  8. MagSafe Charger Using Dash Mounting Point

I didn't have any issues until my daughter borrowed the car and moved the arm closer to her :( I see there is some slack now in the torque on the bolt. Before this, I didn't have any issues. I think because of how I had the arm slightly resting on the trim of the Hero Switches. So I'll go...
  9. MagSafe Charger Using Dash Mounting Point

Great, let us know how it went or if you have any improvements.
  10. Is there anything to cover this up?

Oh yeah, scroll up on this posting. I ended up using some ABS sheets and it worked great.
  11. Is there anything to cover this up?

It's working out great! It looks like how it should looked from the factory, and I am not constantly disgusted looking at those unsightly bolt heads :) If anyone is interested in a set, just let me know.
  12. Solid (non-mesh) Waterproof Canvas Bimini Top

@Techun Yup, I still have it. I was about to return it to Ford for a service credit. DM me know if you are interested.
  13. Hoist by a Half-Rack?

Just buyer beware, you basically can't return anything to them - or at least if you do ya pay a steep price. I do love their shelf for the cargo area, its great!
  14. Hoist by a Half-Rack?

I bought the Hooke Road halvsie so that I could do just that and have some nice attachment points for a hoist. Sadly the rack just sucked. It transferred some nasty reverberations inside the cabin as-if i was driving with just the front window open and you can get that air pressure issue in the...
  15. Pilot Rock Trail, Lake Arrowhead

Awesome, always looking for something local to do. Thanks for sharing!
  16. Vehicle Shipping Recommendations?

Are you shipping your car across the street, for $250 that seems crazy cheap! I had mine shipped from Michigan to California for $1,550 with Roadrunner Auto Transport. My car arrived on time and without any scratches or issues. I too saw prices all over the place from $1,300 to $26,000 (maybe...
  17. I added this shelf, it was easy

Thanks for sharing, great video! Shelves like that a great. My only complaint about them, is the constant on/off when I take the top on and off. But other than that they’re great. Oh and be sure to secure things up top so that they don’t become projectiles during a hard stop or accident.
  18. Name the movie.

Yup, you got it!! So (spoiler alert), I guess they have OG Broncos in Heaven, or Purgatory, or wherever the heck they were after crashing in the plane.
  19. Name the movie.

OK how about this one, it’s from a TV series though…
  20. ForeScan Anybody?

There’s a company in here (I forget the name) that can it remotely. Maybe someone else can chime in and let ya know. However, I’d imagine you’d still need the HW, which you can get for about $20 on Amazon.
