I have the 2021 Outer Banks Bronco with a standard front bumper. The D-Ring is completely covered in this version. We are planning to flat tow the bronco and was wondering if I should try and find the Capable Bumper D-Ring Cover that allows the D-ring to be seen or will my Covers work with the D-Ring/Flat tow kit behind it?

You don't have hidden D Rings on your bumper. The Capable Bumper Covers will not fit what you have if you decide to install some rings. So first you'll have to decide what kind of attachment to the vehicle you will be using. Then what you need for access to them whether it is cutting your plastic or changing the bumper all together. Guess it depends on how handy you are.

Thank you for the input. For some reason I thought those inserts/covers were the same, but after relooking at them I can see that there different. It looks like I will either try and purchase a new bumper, or remove the inserts for towing purposes only, but will need to remove them to see what I am working with.

Are yours removable or a molded part of the actual plastic bumper cover?
