Has anyone had trouble programming a new code to a keyless entry pad that has been installed by a dealer after delivery?

I followed the instructions online and cannot add a new code to the keypad, it is only using the original factory code. I saw another thread on this that the online instructions didn't work but didn't see a resolution. Simply wanting to change the factory default code to a personalized one.

Part: Keyless Entry Pad

Thanks.

Did the dealer “code” the keypad to the vehicle?

Me too, have the Keyless Entry Keppad from factory, but can’t find out how to add my own personal code? My Raptor was done via the screen apps in the truck, but can’t find this nor is it in the (grrrr) “paperless” OM…anyone throw me a bone here??
