Cancel no finalized reservation

Anyone now how to cancel a non finalized reservation? I’m try to do a different date and a pop says I can’t select a new reservation when there is a non finalized reservation.
Can’t finalize as I need to adjust dates around flight, hotel and other guests.
Want to see what dates are available.
