Well, in addition to my DORA, I certainly had a signed sales agreement detailing agreed upon price signed by myself and the dealer when I placed my order.
Oh I bet you did. everyone does...

Sounds like you a little butt hurt for not getting one
Not at all. My dealer is great and honored my DORA.

Would you mind sharing your sales agreement so others know what they should ask for and obtain in addition to the DORA?

As others have stated, there’s no harm in asking.

Another approach, which you can try if they initially say no, is to get some other incentives. Some dealerships will give swag, an extended warranty at a discount, maintenance packages for a few oil changes, etc.

I will definitely try on my side. My dealer has eleven Broncos on their lot right now. But I have nothing to lose. I already have a 2023 Badlands, and when I took delivery of my 2023 Badlands over 6 months ago, I immediately put in an order for a Wildtrack, since, at that time, the resale values were higher than MSRP. My plan was to resell my 2023 Badlands for nearly what I paid for it, and pay and additional ~$5k out of pocket for the 2024 Wildtrack.

Fast forward to today... The used Bronco prices are down considerably, probably b/c there's plenty of supply. If my dealer cannot give me a better deal on the Wildtrack, I will walk away and stick with my Badlands. I did not have to put down any money whatsoever, so I don't have any risk on the table :) Again, nothing to lose :)

Yes, why not now that dealers have them on the lot to sell for under MSRP? I also ordered a 2023 last year, it’s now 2024 and new models are being shipped at same time as mine so I figure it isn’t worth as much as a 2024 by that alone!

I'm just messing with ya a little, and messing with the rest of the forum more ;)

As for your negotiation, it's really up to you. It can hurt to ask if they have a buyer who has offered them more money than you if the deal falls through. In that case, they'll be happy to rip up the deal and let the other buyer pay.

Another factor to consider is how much you want the Bronco. If this is the exact build you want, it's better to pay a bit more to get exactly what you want then to pass and go down the street and get a great deal on something that doesn't have the features you want, or is a color you hate.

I've seen it on vehicle forums time and time again - people read about everyone's great deals and start thinking they got ripped off because they didn't get another 1% or 2% off. And someone will always get a better deal than you. I could buy 2 Braptors for the price of one and someone would chime in and say they got 3. :)
