Has anyone used or bought from an Instagram oem parts store? This one specifically is offering a mod bumper and sas shocks with shipping for $1,100. Seems to good to be true.

I think you got your answer right there in bold. ^^^^^^^^

That would probably be a hard pass for me. Looks too sketchy.

It’s a scam!!! Do not do it! I have reported that guy multiple times. I did some research on stuff he posted. There was one where he posted a motorcycle and I called the shop that he added. They said people have been calling about the same thing and that his post is fake. I almost got scammed by him. He was so pushy to get me to send the money.

They are all scams. Real businesses have websites, phone #s, etc... other then just being on IG. These IG only businesses are all scam sites

I’ve bought from a few Instagram stores before, and some were fine, but others were pretty sketchy. I started looking into ways to check if a store was legit and noticed that some of them are just boosted with fake followers. I used https://famoid.com/buy-instagram-followers/ once to test the impact, and it’s crazy how fast a page can look trustworthy just by numbers alone.

I don't order from anyone who can't provide a phone number and physical location on their website. And it has to be a real website. Not a site hosted on social media.

I'm always suspicious if the price is too good. There are deals out there. I bought a new key fob from a Ford dealer for $38.57 including postage. But I was also able to talk to someone at their parts counter. I wouldn't have made the purchase otherwise.
