There isn't a good way to do it... that's why. I've carefully studied it. We are happy with the Carli bumper and did a write up and videos on it. Best designed bumper for weight, low profile, lighting and intercooler air flow.

Yep, I totally get it. Just sad that they couldn’t engineer a more adaptable solution.

Ours is a Raptor

On paper it fits the bronco raptor perfectly and the only barrier is there is NO FRONT MOUNT intercooler options as of today. We have been working with Wagner to develop the charge pipe and acc bracket for it, they just need a test subject in east texas for about 2 weeks….

No true. There is a transmission cooler (radiator) on the Raptor. No space for intercooler.

And high mount intercooler will reduce radiator and condensr performance. There is a reason why Ford put the intercooler where they did.

Stock radiator is rather marginal on the Raptor without adding additional load or blockage.

What’s Not true? Here’s the link to an example of a bronco raptor with front high mount intercooler adapted from 2.7 bronco…

I can see your thought process about how a front mount intercooler behind the FORD grill can limit the radiators capacity but in reality it has not proven to be an issue with the f-150 raptor front mount intercoolers or the 2.7 broncos.

The facts are the vehicle’s performance is directly linked to the charge temps as the ecu can limit power 20-80whp once it senses the factory ic is not able to sustain temps below 140 degrees.
