My Bronco finally shipped on the 20th. I’m assuming it’s going to take 3 weeks to arrive plus extra time to process everything. Out of curiosity, what has been the fastest shipping time from MAP to Granger?
I don’t know about fastest, but mine said shipped 4/29 and just updated to having arrived at Granger today 5/22.

Mine was on the same railcar as @RBF 1401 and was delivered to Granger last week 🤷‍♂️

Make sure you folks bring a tire gauge or deflator. My tires were at 50 PSI when the placard says 39 PSI cold. Make for a stiff first 150 miles. Will update here on the next 150 or so.

Update: The ride was so much better afterwards, and my back and kidneys were thankful.

I realized after I drove 1k miles after pick up mine were set at 46 psi and hot they were around 49-50 psi.

My Sport was at 46 instead of 33. Was fine for highway plus better mpg. Way better for everyday driving at 33 though.

Not sure what the shortest is but I may be in the running for the longest. Mine took a little over a month from ship date to Granger and arrived damaged so it's going to take extra time to repair. I'm guessing ~7 weeks from ship date until it's ready to be picked up. Oh well, it will be ready when it's ready.

You are in the same holding pattern as as I am. Basically step Zero! You have not been contacted by a sales manager yet and until that happens you will not be able to pick up your vehicle. I waited for a firm answer last week and was never given one. My wife didn't know that we couldn't pick it up on the 19th and we ended up losing out on a booked hotel that was not refundable! I wouldn't book anything until a sales manager contacts you. I'm a fan of Granger but this part of the process is frustrating!
In all fairness to Granger, they have been up front about not making travel plans until they talk to you first. Think about it, they’ve been doing 5-10 a month and then they get slammed with several hundreds. It’s not like you can just runout and hire a bunch of techs these days nor did Ford give them or us much of a warning.

You are correct, I booked tickets that were refundable, knowing I would be changing them. My wife didn't know that information and booked the hotel and took time off without checking with me.

He has good advice. All 5 of mine were 48/49 PSI. Had to pick up a tire gauge to back off to recommended 35PSI. We were bouncing down those concrete freeways around Des Moines, I was like WTH!

Well that’s crazy, my 4/11 blend was held up “in production” but then passed you in transit.

I’ve started the email conversation with finance (they reached out on Saturday and started with filling out the credit application and confirm ping purchase price). Inching my way to the finish line.

Question for the California buyers: did Granger collect state sales tax as part of the transaction? I was under the impression we would pay that in California when we register the vehicle. I actually prefer if Granger collects and remits to the state, just don’t know what involvement I need to have.

Also, Granger asked for the exact address of where I’ll be registering the vehicle (See below). I told them the DMV office in Los Angeles County, but not sure if that suffices or they need something specific.

“I will also collect standard state tax. For CA that is 7.25% and comes to $3,888.20. I will need to know the exact address of where you will be registering the Bronco, whether it be your county's DMV office or California Treasury etc. For example, some places want "Secretary of State, Division of Motor Vehicle, or Commissioner.”

I don't know why CA buyers would be different. But taxes are not collected by Granger. That is on the buyer. I just received my transit title (Bronco was delivered last Monday). I couldn't register and pay until the transit title was sent. I'll be handling that tomorrow.
