Buying hardtop after delivery

just wondering what happens to all the hardtops that are being replaced ? Are they squashed ? Will these be resold ?

it'd think it'll be easy in the 3-4k range to get one, these are bulky to ship. Hard top costs some $600 or so on the B&P but that's removing the soft top first, which apparently runs over $4k for just the framing and a whole soft top currently prices out in the 9k range from what I read in an other thread here. Though I'm not sure how accurate that is.
Some other companies will also build hard tops, so just wait and see what the market brings, and eventually some people will sell their MIC top when they can upgrade to the MOD top or decide a soft top is more their thing.
And maybe some dealers figure out how to order these in bulk somehow and thus maybe bring shipping cost down.

No- Ford stated that parts counter MIC tops won't be available till 2023, Maybe they will over deliver, but that was the statement during the MIC fiasco town hall video from Esteban

I still don’t trust Ford to put any priority on “accessory” order tops. Until a quality aftermarket solution is readily available it’s a gamble if you’re trying to buy a MIC or MOD top through Ford as a stand alone
