Bushwacker fender flare installation problem!!

Just installing colormatched bushwackers now. Seems like they are popping out on the top and not staying completely snug against the body. Any idea why that might be?? I know a few of you have installed these , could you help me troubleshoot?? Attacking pictures for reference. Thanks in advance for your inputs.
