Does the Raptor front and rear bumpers fit on other Bronco models and besides the option to have it blacked out, are the all the bumpers the same from 2022 - 2024 or have they changed for the Raptor?

They physically bolt on but have minor differences. For example, the front bumper end caps on the Raptor have tabs in them to attach the fog lights whereas the modular bumper for a non-Raptor do not. The plastic trim piece that goes around and over the front tow hooks is different for the Raptor than the non-Raptor as well.

So if you are removing the entire bumper and putting on a Raptor bumper with fog lights, it is a pretty easy swap and those thing you are talking, will they be issues or not?

Is the rear bumper the same or do Non Raptors have a plastic bumper?

Adding a Raptor modular Bumper to a non-Raptor Bronco...again, it physically bolts into place but you'll want a harness such as this one to get the fogs up and running...

The rear is either going to be the MIC or steel. The Raptor has the steel bumper and that is also used on a number of other Bronco variants, each with some different hardware. Here's a quick screenshot that shows a snippet of differing trim pieces for it.
