Set of 2 from Tractor Supply =$85. Good wiring harness, weatherproof connectors, light output is just fine and dandy.

I have two of them on my cowl. They look all cool and blacked out when not on, and have a low-light amber ambient function if you wire it to a separate switch than the white output.

I’ve since replaced them, but with another set that also uses a backlight.
Yes, I ran the backlight to one of the low amp aux switches and the brighter spot to another.
It ties up two switches but at present I still don’t have all of them used and dedicated.
If I ever see I need to I’ll run them to a small hidden switch somewhere else.

Was it hard to route a new wire along the path of the pre-routed one?
