Oh that's a cute little brush guard. Kids have a better setup on their little electric carAssuming it’s just something like this early version?

If I don't have to throw the Ford one in the trash, and buy an aftermarket bar, it does matter. It shouldn't matter how ford modifies it (if they did). This is a simple bolt on part that the aftermarket will probably make better and cheaper.
The Brush Guard has been changed so it will not cover the Bronco Logo.
Calling that vestigial would be giving it too much credit.Assuming it’s just something like this early version?

Similar happened to us. Factory Ordered my wifes Outback and we where driving it home from the dealership had it 15 minutes and smoked a coyote at 70mph completely destroyed the front bumper and made hamburger of the coyote.3rd one was in my wife's Trax, on the freeway at 70 as well. $8000.00 in damages. Had less than 600 miles on it. Got me home at least, once I tied up the plastic inner fender liner with what was left of the wiring harness to the right headlight assembly. Good times...
This is the setup I wanted...low bar with light bar installed. Prefer this look but with a different lightbar attachment. The low bar is a win vs. the high one covering the BRONCO letters.Assuming it’s just something like this early version?

Haha That's fair, but I don't really have a problem with the current brush guard blocking the letters. It's kind of rugged. Kind of.What leads you think that if they moved the horizontal bar higher, they would realize it would still block the word "Bronco?" If they couldn't recognize the screw up in the first place, why would they not continue that measure of "stupid" and just push the horizontal bar higher and block the word "Bronco" again but using the vertical bars to achieve the same outcome? So far they have a perfect track record of not coordinating the design/height of the brush guard, the camera location and the "Bronco" logo. There are three variables going on here. This may be way beyond their cognitive skill set to resolve. Let's be gentle on them, they can't help it. (Sarcasm off.)
No need to look at unobtanium when there's plexiglass. Gives a nice fisheye effect to the trail cam, in addition to other people being able to read what kind of car you're driving.Maybe Scotty will be happy and it is made of transparent aluminum.
