Broncos shipped to Ford Product Development

It's a storage yard, until shipment, there are many around here in Metro Detroit. I live across the street from the Mustang hold yard. Lot is lighted and is secure.

That would be a relief that maybe Ford builds more in a month than they can ship.

I was under the impression the skid plates, for instance, were installed in a nearby facility. A large number of those look like Sasquatches, so I would gather it's for parts like that to be installed.

I read a while back where someone who drives by there going and coming did allude to the same thing.

Very common for ford to use lots to store vehicles for quality holds or shipping delays. Happens every model change until the OK to ship is issued.

That is indeed strange. Broncos have never before had to be parked offsite for storage after production. You should ask @Ford Motor Company for help, and have your VIN ready.

This location is close to my house, I usually drive by it to go to my buddys house. When I passed by last week it was full up F150s and had like 3 Broncos in there.

Well now I know why mine has been sitting “in production” on the tracker since 1/4/24. It’s parked in that lot waiting on some mystery part.
