I have king coilovers all around and icon billet upper control arms, and lower and upper links. This creek is pretty bad. I don’t hear it while driving until I just stop or start driving. I do also hear it with slow turns. This is me just shaking the bronco and it’s very loud. I’ve sprayed all the bearings with the ptfe wd40 and it’s still loud.

I had this happen after power washing the underbody and suspension following an Offroad trip. Everything dried, then started squeaking and creaking. I hit as many components as I could (including where the springs contact the shock caps) with some silicon spray and it went away instantly. I see you already tried WD40 so maybe just try spraying some spots you didn’t spray before.

@broadicustomworks Did yours creak this loud?
I never got the high pitched part but yeah, the creak on the way back down is exactly what I’m hearing.
In my case I think it’s because I used all of the available lift and the coils are just crammed together at the top.
Kings and Icon’s coil setup looks very similar.
I wonder if OP has his coilovers adjusted to max height?
I’ll drop back down to 37’s when I install my Fox ones and chill on the altitude adjustment a bit.
Whoever gets these should be fine as long as they don’t try and max out the range.
But even then, why have it available if it’s just gonna creak like that?

I only have the front springs maxed out. On the back springs they are right about in the middle of the adjustment, but the sound definitely sounds like it’s from the back of the vehicle.

2 words: polyurethane bushings.
(There‘s a reason that ALL of the OEM manufacturers - American, German, Japanese - use rubber bushings instead of polyurethane.).
But maybe if you can find some graphite-impregnated bushings it would be a little better. Maybe.

Are you able to send a photo of where you sprayed on the shock?

Top and bottom of the springs, where the coil touches the top cap and bottom cap. Those were too dry, I guess, and creaking like crazy. Went away immediately for me. Good luck!

My Bronco makes all kinds of noises. I just turn up the radio. The older I get the more noises I make too.
