For those searching for squeaks - I never even considered the bolt that holds the bracket above the passenger door. Cause it sounded like bottles I thought it had to be against the top. That was part of my problem - but driving to work today I still had some squeaking noises over bumps. Took off the middle roof section, and unbolted that bracket. You can clearly see where the bracket rubbed off paint around the bolt hole. Added some foam tape, resecured - and now my squeaking is totally gone. Now I hear things I never heard before, but minor rattles and things that will happen with all the crap I've bolted to the truck.
