I'd have to imagine the wheel bearings and CV's are beefier given the larger tire size and heavier weight. From an engineering perspective, it makes sense but it is Ford we're talking about so...yeah.
More hp, more torque, heavier vehicle, heavier wheels, more suspension travel, stronger clutch in the TC and a significantly upgraded rear axle. These all strongly hint at the need for both stronger front axles and CVs.

However, some here, very strongly insist they are the same as the Sasquatch other than the length of the axles. So then the claim/belief is that Ford's language of "upgraded" is correct, but ONLY relative to a base model.

Yeah, without any actual evidence to prove it one way or the other, this is all speculation at this point.

Regarding the shafts, has anyone measured the diameter of the front shafts on a Bronco Raptor and compared to Sasquatch etc.? If they are the same, that doesn’t necessarily prove the Raptor shafts are not ”upgraded” by some other property, but if the Raptor shafts are larger diameter, I think that proves the shafts are beefier.

If I get a chance this weekend, I'll slide underneath and measure the Raptor shafts with calipers.

I'm re-watching that video I posted up on the first page and they do mention the front wheel bearings and fasteners are all upgraded, the same as what's on the F150 Raptor. They color-coded numerous components that are physically changed/upgraded but they didn't color code everything like the shocks, wheels, steering rack, etc.

They also mention the CV joints are larger, there's 30% more travel than the Sasquatch, rack is stronger, inner and out tie rods are unique to the Raptor, as is the shaft housing, axle shafts and seals are all mentioned as being upgraded on the Raptor.

On the rear, pretty much everything is upgraded, including the wheel bearings which are now double row and not single row. It's pretty much all listed out in the video.

Posting it again for those who are too lazy to go to the first page of this thread.

Since we know the Raptors front axles are longer, if they are the same diameter, that very well could be considered a downgrade, but yeah without knowing material, heat treat AND size it's all speculation...
