I thought you were going to talk about the $250 voucher email. I just got an e-mail from the Off Roadeo that said I still had a $250 voucher credit and come spend it on their merchandise site.

Wish they had more of a selection but I loaded up as close as I could get to the 250, and only had to pay $12 for shipping.

That was a nice surprise.

I just received the voucher information, not knowing that I had a $250 Off-Roadeo voucher. So I visited the site, ordered a little less than $250 worth of stuff and never did find the field to enter the voucher code. I went back through everything twice to double-check and couldn's find it. So I went ahead and gave my credit card number thinking that maybe the voucher field showed up on a later screen. Nope. Order placed, charged to my credit card.

I've sent a note to [email protected] hoping they can straighten it out, but I'm rather annoyed about this. I would not have ordered most of that stuff otherwise.

I got a quick response from these guys and discovered that I need to switch my browser to full screen mode to see the voucher field, which shows up under the list of stuff that I ordered.

Great. Except that it didn't seem to take the voucher number that they sent me, but only indicated it by clearing the voucher number field and indicating to put one in again. It's still screwed up, but at least the people at Bronco Off-Roadeo headquarters seem to be fairly quick to respond. The drawback here is that doing it on a Friday afternoon means that I'm unlikely to get this sorted out before Monday. Oh well...

I've talked to them on the phone a couple times, the one on the website. I think they're in New England somewhere, so probably won't answer now. But unlike a lot of businesses, they'll actually talk to you. Imagine that!

After leaving an email Friday afternoon explaining everything, the people than handle the Bronco Off-Roadeo merchandise straightened it all out, will be sending the stuff that I ordered, and will not charge my credit card. They also said that they have fixed whatever confused me.

It is nice to encounter people who fix problems like this. If anybody else runs into issues using the voucher, you can count on the people there to correct things.
