Bronco Long Term/Travel

IMHO, look at the current and last year of this generation of the 4Runner.
Awesome reliability and longevity, more space for cargo, higher tow rating.

I like the Bronco better than the 4Runner we had but I have no question of which will last longer and be more reliable.

You really only have about 2 potential show stoppers with that rig, fuel pump and cam phasers. Chances are you can still get home with noisy phasers but a fuel pump makes it a boat anchor. Luckily it's a relatively easy fix and parts availability will only get better.

Both have a low chance of happening. Get out and enjoy your rig and don't sweat it.
