Bronco Hotline inconsistency

It blows my mind how some days you can call the hotline, and they know everything you possibly need. And somedays they have absolutely no information for you. So much for trying to get an update if i got bumped this weekend.

If you're surprised before the sale, just wait until after. There's no support to ask questions either about simple stuff such as adding tow hitch wiring, whether non-aux switch models have a pre-wire to add after the fact, wire chase info, suspension info, etc. Very short sighted on Ford's part for a new model release, with a vehicle they intended to be customizable.
