Bronco Hardtop Lift for a Condo Dweller

Whenever my top gets here my next concern will be how to take it off since i’m an Islander with sunshine year round.
I’ve seen lots of cool power lifts affixed to ceilings and operated with the touch of a button. As a Condo dweller i’ll probably trigger WWIII with my HOA if went that route.
What’s the next best thing out there as far as the hardtop lifts go? I am prioritizing:
- modularity: something that can be folded and stored when not in use
-Tech: something with the most automation possible
-durability & safety: something sturdy that will last and will not scratch my top.

It won't help with assistance removing the hardtop, but if you're looking for something that takes up little space, this cart seems pretty nice. No personal experience, but I have been considering getting myself one.

Aloha! I checked it out. That’s some serious piece of equipment. The adjustability is great. This is probably my front runner.

Wow this is perfect storage. I could easily fit it my balcony. Pleasant surprise as I had no idea something like this existed.

Just be aware that it only works on four doors out of the box. For my two door I had to buy plywood and a couple two by fours and some nice casters and rob all the parts off of this storage cart and build my own so that the clamshell would sit on it properly. Now that I’ve done that, I love it.

I use a rollin jack. Very easy. I do it alone. I have the front 2 supports 1 slot higher than the back and it comes off level and easy. You can park under it. So no need to take apart, but that can be done. No tech. Just simple crank of a lever.
