Bronco Cockpit Cover

Does anyone have the Bronco Cockpit Cover? Does it fit only if the top is off?

I am wondering what to buy with my points- which expire in 2 weeks. I'm thinking of the cover only if I can fit it on over the top. Mainly to protect the Bronco in the brutal Fl hot sun and shield the top when it is parked outside. I had a similar cover for my past Jeep TJ and it fit with the top up or down. Kept the interior super cool- even in full sun.

If it won't fit I'll get the Ford Performance rear Diff Cover.

The cockpit cover only works with the top off ands it's a pretty snug fit.
