Bronco build week 8/7/2023

I gotcha. That makes sense. We got several beaches in NC to drive on but we are usually in the boat on the sandbar on those days. Time to try some Bronco beach action on Carolina Beach sounds like. Stand out amongst all those Jeeps.

Absolutely!! We have a 5th wheel that we travel all over in, we’ve done Tennessee a couple times , South Carolina, but we really want to do outer banks soon!

I had debated on trading the Raptor and getting a diesel F250 since I pull my bay boat and I could get a camper to do some nice family trips with a camper/fifth wheel. The only drawback was I bought my Raptor new in 12’ and I hate to get rid of it. Plus buying the Bronco I can afford it without having a trade in. Diesel F250 is north of 70k

I called my dealer who was able to confirm mine is built and its status is waiting for shipment. Current ETA is August 14-August 21. The plant is only 2 hrs away though so shouldn't be a long time once there is a hauler for it.

I jumped on board and asked the chat folks estimated delivery. September 30 to October 6. I’m in Tulsa. The rail yard it ships through is in OKC. Not sure why it’s expected to take so long

I’m built and my bronco is going to an Edmond lot, my dealer said my estimated delivery is Sept 8th! Hopefully yours will come around that time as well!

I have 2 other broncos currently but this is my first order. Ordered 8/5, got my email. Outer Banks SAS. What should I expect in progression, not sure when do I get the VIN and such so I can see the tracker as I only have an order number at this point. Sorry for the NOOB questions.

I did not opt for the tow either. With an Expedition I feel confident it will handle what we would need it for.

Basically at this point you’re waiting to be scheduled. Ford typically sends scheduling emails out on Thursdays and they tell the recipients which week their their Bronco is scheduled to be built. The scheduling email will have your VIN. If you look in this forum youll see threads with folks discussing scheduling announcements each week. Ford is going to build MY23s through the end of October or sometime In November so if your order doesn’t get scheduled by then, you’ll need to reorder a MY24. There’s still several weeks though so you still have a chance. Once your are scheduled here is a good guide to understand what will happen next. My modules are up but no tear tag yet. We must have been built overnight. Now I need to make a hard decision, let this one go to dealers stock and order a 24 Everglades or keep it and make it mine. Third world problems!

mine now shows as built finally. Is there any way to track it on its shipping journey to he west coast? My dealer seems to have far more important things to do than let me know what is going on. I have not heard from them this whole time, so I figure I am on my own here to track it!

yours going by rail? This part is going to suck because its a black hole of not knowing anything.

I read the post on tracking rail but have no idea what a visibility report is and I know full well my dealer will say "we do not get any shipping info from ford" which I know is BS.

Oh well, at least I know it is built and I suppose it can't be that much longer I hope!
