Bronco Build Week 8/28/2023

Built 9/22, released to carrier 9/23. Dealer is now telling me it’s on a ramp awaiting rail transportation. New ETA is somehow 10/18 (from 9/23 originally).
Do you guys think they over overestimating the ETA, or is that somehow accurate? I can’t see how it would take 3 weeks to get on a train.

Any insight on how yours was built on 9/22 when the MAP site has been on strike since 9/15?

Cool! btw I wasn't doubting your claim about your order being built, I am just confused about what the actual impact of to vehicle production is with the strike. I wonder, was it simply built prior to the strike, but you got the update on 9/23?

I really have no idea. I have heard that there are salaried factory employees who likely are still working, so if true, manufacturing hasn’t completely seized at MAP; it’s just significantly slower. There is an article about the strike stating teamsters who are responsible for shipping would be standing in solidarity with UAW workers and also not shipping, so we’re in for a bit of a delay even with vehicles being “built”.

I haven't called lately. Last time I called they said the ETA was likely last week or this week, Obviously that isn't happening. My guess is it will show up when we will be in Colorado the last couple of weeks in October. Was really hoping to take the Bronco but likely will make another trip in our jeep. If I know Ford I will get another 45 day email saying sorry it's taking so long the same day it shows up at the dealer. Also now the window sticker has disappeared.

Mine has been in built status, and yesterday I received an email with an updated ETA of 10/13-10/19.
And just now my order tracker changed from “built” to “order confirmed”, which seems to be what it initially does when shipped, so fingers still crossed.

My window sticker is also gone. Not sure what that means. I have the same ETA as you. I guess we will see. Mine is released at a ramp awaiting pickup

Yup - Modules populated and tear tag assigned back on 8/30 but now the window sticker isn’t available online.
