I'll be calling my dealer in the morning. I woke up to let the dog out to go to the bathroom and noticed I got a text and an email from VIN View. Both my dealer and I thought the alerts he set me up for wasn't working.
No idea why this came through in the middle of the night on a Sunday. Tracker still shows in production, lol. Anyway, I hope this is good news. And I'd still like to know what the problem was just to be aware of it.
I did send Farley a short message (with my VIN) yesterday on X, explaining the holdup and that I had previously waited over two years to get a Bronco with a second day reservation and finally gave up. No way he could have bumped me here, or could he have?

I received an email last night too, but it just said sorry but still in production.. thank you for your patience. So, it sounds like it's your time!! Congrats!! Ford goes on a two week vacation starting July 1st, so I hear they are trying to get the vehicles on hold released by June 30th. Hope this info is correct and mine is one of them. Btw, my tracker didn't update either after the email..

Well, looks like I got an update email last night also. Generic “still in production” and no change to tracker which still shows last update on 5/16.

I asked and the dealer loooked at it on his end. Yup, red Hold box has been replaced with a green one.
I texted him and asked him if he could look at the tab that shows battery strength percentage and miles driven too.
Sure enough, battery is weaker than the previous update he sent me a few weeks ago and mileage is higher. That tells me they (likely anyway) fixed the issue a while ago and it has sat ever since with the hold still on it. This was the previous update with info to compare...
Hopefully it catches a train before July 4th!

Email says 8/6, VIN View says 7/6-7/12. The algorithm estimate is just that and I'm ok knowing that it might well be inaccurate. In previous correspondence I shared, the Regional Rep stated that the boxcars are hard to come by at the moment so I'll be happy if it catches a train before the holiday.
you can have the one my car is sitting in in Jersey if you want, would help me get mine faster!

Bronco finally came last week, got the chance to see it an drive it around, but... cant take it home yet since CDK had their cybersecurity attack, but it needs to get tinted anyways. Cant make that up, but just happy to put my hands on it.
